Purchase Orders: Teachers and librarians are encouraged use Purchase Orders to facilitate the process of getting a purchase approval from their acquisitions departments. To do so, simply browse our products and place your order online. During checkout, choose Purchase Order as your payment option, and submit it. Simply fax or mail us a copy of your official Purchase Order from your acquisition department signed by an authorized signer to finalize the order. Please note that all items on a Purchase Order are sold at the regular price. Purchase order terms are as follow:

Demonstration units: We provide demonstration units for most products on our site to allow teachers and school administrators the opportunity to review the material prior to placing an official order. To obtain a demonstration unit, please contact us at customercare@petitelibrairie.com . Please note that demonstration units are sent to your location on a loan basis. After your review is complete, all demonstration units must be returned to Petite Librairie. We thank you in advance for your comprehension regarding our demonstration units loan policy.
